Privacy notice
Short, because the pilot collects very little. It will grow more specific as features are added.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the EZVET pilot website. It will be replaced by a full notice before accounts, payments or any clinical service are introduced.
What we collect today
The pilot has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address or animal details to browse the formulary. Standard server and platform logs may record technical request data such as IP address and user agent for security and reliability.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your browsing to train models.
Contact form data
The contact page currently lists an email address rather than storing submissions in our database. Anything you send by email is retained only as long as needed to answer you.
Where data is stored
Product data and any future account data are held in a managed EU-hosted cloud database with row-level access rules. Public catalogue data is readable by anyone; write access is restricted to administrators.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, and you may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. Use the contact page to reach us.
